I discovered that we had a problem with mice one evening when my wife was out. I was mortified, how was I going to tell her? I eventually came clean and we decided that swift action was needed after I went away for the wekend and she found a mouse whilst alone in the house. I called Malcolm and he called at the house the following evening. He quickly set to work identifying the source of the problem and laying a comprehensive system of poison and traps. A week later Malcolm came round to survey the results of his work. It seemed that the mice had been completely put off coming anywhere near the kitchen again. Malcolm swiftly filled any holes and gaps through which the mice could have gained entry and I am pleased to say that we haven't heard a squeak since. Malcolm when phoned came the very next day, (royal wedding bank holiday!), after the council said i'd have to wait till after the weekend for a callout from their pest control dept. He laid rat traps and poison that killed the buggers off almost immediately, they were in the traps the very same day. Since then no sign of them, they are gone! Malcolm left some trays of poison to make sure and also forgot his torch which was an added bonus. Cheers lad

I would like to thank you for heping me to rid my property of a problem we encounter each year during the summer months. Wasps seem to be drawn to the eaves around our attic bedroom and cause us problems during the warm days, especially when we leave the windows open. We recently had a major swarming so I called Malcolm at around 12.30 on a Saturday dinner time. Malcolm was in Barnsley but arrived within an hour. He assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do. A few minutes later the wasps were being treated to a powder spray. Apart from an initial burst of anger this was the last thing I saw of them. I checked the entrance at 6.00pm but there was no sign of activity. The window was left open all night without any fear of wasps.
