We were able to attend the same afternoon as the call-out. We reassured the resident and carried out a thorough inspection of the property. We found the nest was in the wall cavity and inaccessible for removal. We were able to treat the nest via the ingress point to achieve knockdown and sealed the ingress point to help prevent any further future activity. Cockroach infestation effectively controlled in a care home for the disabled in Maidstone, ME15 - 19th June 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone received a call after the owner was informed of a cockroach sighting by a member of his staff. We were able to attend the same afternoon as the call-out. We reassured the owner, his team and the residents and conducted a full inspection of the property. We found cockroach fecal matter in the kitchen cupboards above the built-in microwave and underneath the kitchen sink, as well as in the dry food storage cupboard. A member of staff had taken a photo of the cockroach which we were able to identify. It was a German cockroach. We put in place a 6-part treatment program using bait and traps safely located away from staff and residents. We have since completed the program and the cockroach infestation has been cleared. This was an isolated infestation and any spilled food debris and open food sources have now been cleaned with food stored in pest proof containers. Rat infestation effectively controlled and eradicated in a home in Maidstone, ME15 - 19th June 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone received an emergency call out after a homeowner had seen a rat on her kitchen table in the afternoon after returning home from shopping. Moths in Bearsted, Maidstone - ME14 - 19th June 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone were called out to treat for moths in an Air BnB rental property. The owner was cleaning the property and found bald patches on the carpet in both bedrooms. Not sure what could have caused this she contacted Pestforce Maidstone for advice. They were able to confirm over the phone moth larvae were to blame. Due to the limited time between guests checking out and new guests checking in she needed help and fast! Pestforce Maidstone were there when she needed them to be. Upon arrival they identified more areas of carpet damaged and were able to stop the spread in one treatment. Wasps in Maidstone, ME16 - 12th June 2023.

Bees in Larkfield, Aylesford, ME20 - 6th June 2023.

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone received a call for a bees nest found in an old dried up pond in a garden. The homeowner was tearing out the wooden rail ties of the frame when he discovered it. Quickly retreating he called Pestforce Maidstone for help. Arriving the same day Pestforce Maidstone were able to remove the nest calmly and safely to relocate it out of harms way. Rats in Eccles, Aylesford, ME20 - 26th May 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone received a call to investigate loud noises coming from the loft. Customer reported scratching, scurrying and squeaking noises on and off all throughout the night. Pestforce Maidstone found droppings, a strong odour of urine present aswell as runs in the insulation, gnawed electrical wiring and ingress points in the brick wall and damaged soffit from the neighbouring attached property. For this heavy rat infestation Pestforce Maidstone were able to control and eradicate the problem using a successful treatment program. Upon completion of the treatment Pestforce Maidstone then applied a disinfection solution throughout the loft. The loft is now safe from the spread of disease and airborne viral infections such as hantavirus. Fleas in Yalding, Maidstone, ME18 - 19th May 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone were called in to treat the home after the resident pet cat had returned home with fleas. A thorough treatment was applied using a solution to kill fleas on contact leaving a residual Insect Growth Regulator with a lasting effect to ensure juvenile fleas aren't able to reach adulthood. In one treatment the fleas were destroyed and the life cycle broken. This home is now flea free and the cat is undergoing vet flea treatment.

Emergency call out for live rat in bedroom, Yalding, Maidstone, ME18 - April 15th 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone were contacted by a very distressed homeowner who found a live rat in her bedroom brought in by her pet cat. The call came in over the Easter weekend. Pestforce Maidstone were on site within 45 mins. The rat was found hiding in the corner of the room underneath the side table. Call out for wasps in East Farleigh, Maidstone, ME15 - 12th April 2023 

Pestforce Pest Control Maidstone were contacted after a homeowner had reported a large number of wasps congregating on her front garden. Frightened she might have a nest she Pestforce Maidstone inspected the area. Upon arrival no wasps were found in the area where they had been spotted. A full visual inspection of the area was carried out and no ground nest was found. This time of year it is common to find swarms of wasps looking to enter cracks in brickwork and holes in lofts.
