We’re a close-knit, experienced team who take real pride in the work we do. From your first call through to the final visit, you’ll be dealing with people who genuinely care about getting the job done properly.

Sean Banks – Company Owner

I’m Sean, the owner of Pestforce Pest Control West London, which I’ve been running since 2015. Alongside pest control, I’ve spent 25 years working in the Fire and Rescue Service across the West London area. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, especially in times of real need, and that same mindset runs through everything we do as a business. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my beautiful wife and dad to three daughters. Family holidays are really important to us. I’m keen on fitness and wellbeing, and I also enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes when I get the chance.

Alison Bore – Senior Technician & Technical Advisor

I’m Alison, the senior pest control expert and technical advisor here at Pestforce West London. I joined the company in 2019, initially working as a technician before being promoted into my current role. I’m proud to be one of very few female pest controllers in the country. Before pest control, I worked as a school teacher, which helps massively when it comes to explaining things clearly and reassuring customers. I now handle most new enquiries and provide technical advice, making sure people feel confident from the very first call. I have two grown-up daughters and recently got married. Outside of work, I enjoy 1940s history re-enactments, a glass of wine at the weekend, and spending time with my family. I also help care for my elderly mum and share my home with my cat.

Tomasz – Lead Technician

I’m Tomasz, the lead technician. I joined the team last year and originally come from Poland. I trained in pest control with Rentokill, which gave me a strong grounding in professional and responsible pest management. I love my job and the challenges presented to me on a daily. No day is the same and every problem is unique.  The role is very active and keeps me fit. I live in Carlshalton with my wife. I have three daughters who are of course very special to me and I love spending time with. 

Gary Dunn – Pest Control Technician

I’m Gary, and I’ve been working in pest control for over 10 years. I joined Pestforce Pest Control West London more than six years ago and have built up a lot of experience across both domestic and commercial work. I live in Sutton and I’m a keen QPR supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and heading to the cinema when I get the chance.

Jay Miller – Pest Control Technician

I’m Jay, and I’ve been working in pest control for around 10 years. I’ve been with Pestforce Pest Control West London for three years and carry out a wide range of pest control work across homes and businesses. I grew up in London and know the area very well, which really helps when dealing with different property types and pest issues. I’ve got a young family with two daughters. Outside of work, I love music and in a past life I was a DJ, which I still really enjoy.

Bryan Wellington – Pest Control Technician

I’m Bryan, and I’ve been working in pest control for over 20 years, including time with some large pest control companies across London. I’ve recently joined Pestforce Pest Control West London and I’m delighted to be working for a smaller, local company that’s genuinely focused on customers. I live in Greenford and take a very methodical approach to my work, always looking to identify the root cause and get the right long-term solution. I’ve got a big family and regularly visit Jamaica to see relatives. In my free time, I travel everywhere by bike and enjoy being out and about.

I’m Alan, and I’ve had an interest in pest control since I was young. I took it up as a career three years ago and quickly found I was fascinated by the industry. I enjoy thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative solutions to more complex pest problems. I live in Croydon and have one daughter, who I love spending as much time with as possible.

Kelly – Accounts Manager

I’m Kelly, and I’ve worked with Pestforce Pest Control West London for nearly 10 years. I’m Sean’s sister-in-law and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business. I look after customer accounts, support the technicians throughout their working day, and act as PA to Sean. I know how the business works inside out and have fully embraced what we stand for — finding the right solution and always putting the customer first. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and I’m a big dog lover.

How We Work.

Firstly we like to visit the site to see for ourselves what the problem is, identifying the pest and the magnitude of the situations. Rest assured, before we start any pest control work we will always consult extensively with you!

Our quick response to your call means that within no time at all, you could be free of your pest problem. However, take note that some pest control issues will take more than one treatment, resulting in more than one visit. Rats for example, with their ability to breed large broods very quickly (and on a frequent basis!) mean that if there is more than one adult rat sighted, then there is bound to be more than one nest. Effective treatment of rat problems includes regular baiting and trap setting. It does not take long, but it may take two or three follow up visits to complete the task in hand.

• Humane service, each and every time – as well as responding quickly with effective treatment we are also aware of the need for the pest control methods and practices use to be humane. We do not promote or use methods that cause unnecessary suffering to any pest
• Safe – we also only use pest control methods and treatment that are safe for use around pets and children, as far as is possible. This includes the removal of any baits or other equipment we use to deal with the problem.
• Qualified – we hold the Level 2 certificate in ‘Pest Control & Management’ awarded by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). This qualification has a pass rate that is set high and the three modules need completing within 12 months. This is a detailed and comprehensive course, covering all pest infestations and identity, as well as the safe use and transportation of chemicals.
• Specialist courses – we have completed courses on bird proofing, gassing technique, rodent courses, insect identification and use of pesticides.
• Insured - our work being fully insured up to and the value of £5 million with public liability insurance

Residential & Commercial Pest Control Services

We work with all domestic customers whether it is in the property or in the garden, shed, garaged or any other outbuilding in the SM area.

Rat activity in kitchen in Sutton - January 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Sutton received a facebook message in the morning the other day from a local homeowner in Sutton who had seen rats in their property. We offered the client some simple advice and booked them in for a rat survey of their property for that afternoon. We uncovered obvious evidence of rat activity with fresh rat droppings found in the kitchen area. To eradicate the infestation we put in place a bespoke treatment plan making use of poison rat baits and rat traps. We have now concluded our treatment and the infestation has been effectively eradicated. The customer was thankful for the fast and effective treatment of our Sutton rat control services.

Mice Control in kitchen for home in Sutton - May 2021

Pestforce Pest Control Sutton were called to a property in Sutton suffering from a mice problem. On attendance, our rodent survey revealed clear signs of mice in the kitchen behind the fridge and kickboards. Rodent droppings, smear marks and visible entry points were noted on this visit also. It was agreed to begin a baiting mice treatment programme to get to the bottom of the infestation. To date another follow up has been carried out, no rodent bodies identified however we have found some bait take. We will continue to monitor the situation however recently the client has reported no sightings of mice since our visit. 

Bedbug infestation in bedroom in Sutton - February 2020

Pestforce Pest Control Sutton had a call from a young lady who was calling on behalf of her elderly father you had reported that he had been bitten by bedbugs in his bedroom. We attended alongside the daughter to inspect the bedroom. Bedbugs had been found and we arranged to attend to carry out a spray treatment in a couple of weeks due to some building works being carried at the property.

Another classic example - Rodent problem in Sutton household - 5th December 2019

Pestforce Pest Control Sutton were called out by a customer after spotting rats in their family kitchen. On arrival, I uncovered that the Dean was coming in from the drainage. In total, I conducted a 3 part riddance treatment to eradicate the infestation and on my final visit fitted a one way drain flap to ensure rodents could no longer enter the property. Another happy customer.
