Bee relocation near Bury St Edmunds, IP29 - June 2023

Pestforce Bury St Edmunds was called to a property for a suspected bee issue. Upon inspection we found that bees were entering a wall cavity in the property through a gap around the barn conversion cladding. We removed the external cladding to expose the bees nest. However the nest was not visible from here and an endoscopre camera was used to locate the bees nest. Sections of plasterboard were cut out in the upstairs bedroom to expose colony. The nest along with the brood removed and placed into the nucleus box. The bees were safely removed and relocated to a bee sanctuary in Colchester. Following the removal all parts of the building were repaired. 

Pigeon Control and Cleanup, Bury st Edmunds, IP32 - 30th August 2022

Pestforce Bury st Edmunds received a call from a  customer who was experiencing pigeons causing mess and nuisance abover there walkway into there block of flats. Harry attended and after surveying the area he removed the pigeons, old nesting areas, carried out a full biocide clean, jetwash of area and fitted pigeon spikes so that pigeons could no longer return here to nest.

Wasps control while customer on holiday, Bury st Edmunds, IP28 - 20th August 2022

Pestforce Bury st Edmunds was sent an email by a lady who was away on holiday but had her neighbour contact her to say she had a large amount of wasps flying into her property under a roof tile. Harry attended and dealt with the wasp nest from outside, customer returned back from holiday and reported all wasps were gone.

Mole control in Stowmarket, IP14 - 5th August 2022

Harry from Pestforce Stowmarket recieved a message from a customer saying they have tried everything they can to rid themselves of a mole in the back garden. Harry attended and put a mole trapping treatment in place, after 2 days the mole was caught, curtesy call carried out and there has been no more mole activity.

Stowmarket hornet control for dog in trouble, Stowmarket, IP14 - 15th July 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Stowmarket recieved a call from a lady who had discovered a hornets nest in her outside dog kennel. Harry from pestforce attended and quickly dealt with the nest and removed it so that the customers dog could return back to there kennel. 

Wasp nest forming in loft in Bury St Edmunds, IP32 - 5th June 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Bury St Edmunds was called by a lady who could hear buzzing in her loft. Harry attended and identified a huge nest in loft, however this laid dormant due to it not quite being warm enough for nests to be fully active. Harry did however find a new queen wasp making a new nest. Both nests were treated and removed from loft area. Curtesy call carried out and customer is still pest free.

Squirrels control for home in Bury St Edmunds, IP31 - 30th May 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Bury St Edmunds received a call from a man who could hear noises inside his walls. Harry attended and identified that the problem was squirrels gaining entry under roof tiles, having said that the customer was not sure this was correct, Harry agreed to fit a cctv Motion detection camera for a week to gain further proof of the identification of pest. After returning a week later clear evidence was presented on the camera of the squirrels gaining entry under roof tiles. A squirrel treatment was put in place to eradicate them, the customer was left happy. Courtesy call carried out and is still pest free.

Rats gaining entry from drains in  Bury St Edmunds, IP25 - 17th March 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Bury St Edmunds took a call from a distressed customer who had various other pest control companies to her property to try and get rid of rats in her house, all were unable to do so, Harry from pestforce attended and within an hour of being there identified that a redundant drain line in there main drain was the cause of the rats gaining entry. A one way valve (rat flap) was fitted inside the drain, no more rat problems, customer extremely happy

Rodent proofing for home near Bury St Edmunds, IP28 - 3rd March 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Bury St Edmunds recently completed a successful rodent riddance treatment for family near Bury St Edmunds. After clearing the property of its rat infestation we completely renewed all fascia, soffits, guttering, downpipes and water butts on this customers garage. These were previously chewed through in various places, now all new with no entry for rodents, monitoring bait stations left to ensure all activity has now gone. Another happy customer.

Rats coming from manhole in Bury St Edmunds, IP30 - 21st February 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Bury St Edmunds had a call from customer stating they have rats coming out of there manhole. On attending, we found large gaps around manhole where rats were using to gain entry. We removed the old man hole and surroundings, make good ground, re-seated surround on cement bed and re-pointed manhole. Rat traps and boxes have also installed on site. Customer now happy the problem has been identified and correct steps taken to eliminate problem with Rats.

Rat control in garden in Bury St Edmunds, IP32 - 16th February 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Bury St Edmunds took a phone call from a distressed lady in Bury St Edmunds after she had seen rats in her garden going under her shed. We attended and identified that trapping these rats would be the best action to take as rodenticides / poisons would carry too much risk due to neighbours pets. 7 days later, we had successfully caught multiple rats and have placed monitoring bait so that if the problem ever returns we will see this by the bait being eaten.
