We carried out an initial survey of the premises and found evidence of activity in the basement and digging around the rear of the building with multiple entry points. A course of action was agreed with the building manager and was successfully completed over four visits. The burrows located in the rear garden were treated directly with good results along with traps and bait in the basement. Entry to the basement was via a broken airbrick that was covered with a grille upon completion of the treatment but the rear entry points were all centred around a collapsed rain water drain that had allowed access into the void under the ground floor. This area required digging out and blocking off with the drain repairs being carried out by a local builder. The premises have been rodent free ever since.
