A homeowner in Oakham got in touch after hearing relentless scratching and banging sounds in their loft. We quickly discovered a pair of grey squirrels had chewed through soffits and settled in, tearing up insulation and even gnawing on wooden beams. Rat Infestation in Oakham – 5th January 2025
