We’re a close-knit, experienced team who take real pride in the work we do. From your first call through to the final visit, you’ll be dealing with people who genuinely care about getting the job done properly.

Sean Banks – Company Owner

I’m Sean, the owner of Pestforce Pest Control West London, which I’ve been running since 2015. Alongside pest control, I’ve spent 25 years working in the Fire and Rescue Service across the West London area. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, especially in times of real need, and that same mindset runs through everything we do as a business. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my beautiful wife and dad to three daughters. Family holidays are really important to us. I’m keen on fitness and wellbeing, and I also enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes when I get the chance.

Alison Bore – Senior Technician & Technical Advisor

I’m Alison, the senior pest control expert and technical advisor here at Pestforce West London. I joined the company in 2019, initially working as a technician before being promoted into my current role. I’m proud to be one of very few female pest controllers in the country. Before pest control, I worked as a school teacher, which helps massively when it comes to explaining things clearly and reassuring customers. I now handle most new enquiries and provide technical advice, making sure people feel confident from the very first call. I have two grown-up daughters and recently got married. Outside of work, I enjoy 1940s history re-enactments, a glass of wine at the weekend, and spending time with my family. I also help care for my elderly mum and share my home with my cat.

Tomasz – Lead Technician

I’m Tomasz, the lead technician. I joined the team last year and originally come from Poland. I trained in pest control with Rentokill, which gave me a strong grounding in professional and responsible pest management. I love my job and the challenges presented to me on a daily. No day is the same and every problem is unique.  The role is very active and keeps me fit. I live in Carlshalton with my wife. I have three daughters who are of course very special to me and I love spending time with. 

Gary Dunn – Pest Control Technician

I’m Gary, and I’ve been working in pest control for over 10 years. I joined Pestforce Pest Control West London more than six years ago and have built up a lot of experience across both domestic and commercial work. I live in Sutton and I’m a keen QPR supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and heading to the cinema when I get the chance.

Jay Miller – Pest Control Technician

I’m Jay, and I’ve been working in pest control for around 10 years. I’ve been with Pestforce Pest Control West London for three years and carry out a wide range of pest control work across homes and businesses. I grew up in London and know the area very well, which really helps when dealing with different property types and pest issues. I’ve got a young family with two daughters. Outside of work, I love music and in a past life I was a DJ, which I still really enjoy.

Bryan Wellington – Pest Control Technician

I’m Bryan, and I’ve been working in pest control for over 20 years, including time with some large pest control companies across London. I’ve recently joined Pestforce Pest Control West London and I’m delighted to be working for a smaller, local company that’s genuinely focused on customers. I live in Greenford and take a very methodical approach to my work, always looking to identify the root cause and get the right long-term solution. I’ve got a big family and regularly visit Jamaica to see relatives. In my free time, I travel everywhere by bike and enjoy being out and about.

Alan Bell – Pest Control Technician

I’m Alan, and I’ve had an interest in pest control since I was young. I took it up as a career three years ago and quickly found I was fascinated by the industry. I enjoy thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative solutions to more complex pest problems. I live in Croydon and have one daughter, who I love spending as much time with as possible.

Kelly – Accounts Manager

I’m Kelly, and I’ve worked with Pestforce Pest Control West London for nearly 10 years. I’m Sean’s sister-in-law and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business. I look after customer accounts, support the technicians throughout their working day, and act as PA to Sean. I know how the business works inside out and have fully embraced what we stand for — finding the right solution and always putting the customer first. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and I’m a big dog lover.

Common Pests in Hanwell

Rats – a massive problems in all areas, not just the Hanwell. The way we live, the rubbish that is a welcome food source to rats, all contribute to their numbers swelling. Either way, our warm, well-insulated homes provide a perfect place for them to multiply and live.

Can I deal with a pest problem myself?

If caught early enough, some shop bought remedies and deep cleaning can be effective but all too often, we do not realise there is a problem until the problem has become sufficiently ingrained so that we notice, for example, seeing a rat during the day, notice fleas on the soft furnishing or waking up in the morning with a row of bites on us, indicating we may be sharing our bed with bedbugs.

Pigeon causes displeasure on 6th floor balcony in Hanwell, W7 - May 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Hanwell were called to attend a property in Hanwell where the occupant had discovered a dead pigeon on their 6th floor balcony. We arrived swiftly and we were able to remove and dispose of the pigeon safely. We also applied an insecticide treatment to the affected area to ensure that the area was hygienic and safe.

Initial rodent survey for flats in Hanwell - April 2021

Yesterday, Pestforce pest control Hanwell carried out an initial inspection of a 3 flats in Hanwell. There was clear evidence of rodent activity under kitchen units, including rodent droppings, smear marks and visible entry points.
Rodent baits have been installed for a 3 visit riddance treatment.  Multiple bait points distributed and secured under kitchen units. All treatment secured in inaccessible areas to limit access to non target species including domestic animals and children Follow up due in 14 days. Proofing recommended to seal all visible entry points. We always tell our customers never to move or touch treatment at any time. Stay safe and pest free.
