I rang for advice re wasp/ bees the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful. No trying to make a fast buck advised to leave the bees alone as they would not be a problem.

I phoned Mark about what I thought was a wasps nest in my compost bin. After talking through the situation he determined that it was probably bees and being so I was happy to leave them alone, the bees have now gone. Fantastic advice given free of charge over the phone without the need for a call out. I would have no hesitation in contacting Mark again for a pest control issue.

Mark was here to deal with a Rat infestation in our, and neighbours gardens. Three visits required (Usual number) .. Very knowledgeable, and discussed Bird feeding, pet protection, safety etc. Poisons worked and problem appears solved. Prices quoted are Per visit. Found some false widows in my home and rang Mark for some advice. He was very helpful and he even took the time to help identify them and didn't push for a sale, if I can't deal with them myself I will definitely get him to finish them off for me. Thank you Mark.

I spoke to Mark regarding a bumble bee nest in a cavity wall of my house. Rather than telling me he could come out and eradicate them, he stressed that if not a nuisance they should be left alone as they are not aggressive. He advised that the company preference is not to destroy the bees unless absolutely necessary and because of Mark's sound advice and reassurance, I am happy to leave them alone. It's refreshing to get free sound advice than being charged for a call out that would have been totally unnecessary. Mark's phone number is now in my phone book should I need pest control in the future. Thank you.

Very helpful, was given a number to ring to dispose of a swarm of honey bees in our garden and they arrived within half hour of ringing . Will definitely use again.

I would thoroughly recommend Mark from Pestforce.  We has a wasp nest in our shed and this was causing us major issues as we have lots of viewings booked as the house is for sale.  Mark understood our problem with the three viewing booked for the next day and came out at 7pm the same day.
