Pestforce Pest Control Guildford were called to survey a property in Guildford for pigeon control measures. We carried out a survey at the customer's soonest convience. The property was a semi detatched, two storey new build with solar pannels. It was clear that pigeons often chose to sit on this roof with signs of gunao on te central area of the solar pannels. Mice Control Required in Loft of Property in Guildford - 27th March 2021
Pestforce Pest Control Guildford had a recent callout to a home in Guildford. The occupants were very concerned after hearing scratching and scurrying in their loft space. We carried out a pest inspection the same day and noticed clear signs of mice activity in the loft space including several mice droppings. We discussed with the customer the recommended treatment procedure which they happily agreed to. Baits were placed in the roof lining and near the beams in safe and secure positions. The treatment programme consisted of a further 2 visits by the end of which the infestation had been totally eradicated. A very successful course of baiting and with no obvious signs of major rodent proofing measures we left a very grateful family to their now pest free home.
Carpet beetles in Guildford - 20th March 2021
Pestforce Pest Control Guildford were contacted by a couple in Guildford who were having issues with an insect that could not identify in their property. We attended the next day to help identify the insect and recommend any insecticide treatment or advice to help the problem. Our technician identified the insect was in fact carpet beetles and these were found behind the bed in the master bedroom. We carried out a spray treatment and it appears that the carpet beetles are no more as this was quite a minor infestation so only one spray treatment was required. The customers were so happy to be pest free.

Pestforce Pest Control Guildford were recently called to a house which had been empty for over a year. A new tenant had moved in to find a large mice and rat infestation which spreads across the whole house. Not what you want to see when you move into a property. We discovered the source of the rodent infestation, a couple of unused and unlocked cess pits in the garden. We were recently called to the Guildford House of Frasier store for a guano clean up. Specifically, Pestforce Pest Control Guildford were called to sort out their flat roof spaces to help clear up a 10 year build up of bird guano. The job involved high access rope work, working from height and getting our hands and feed extremely dirty (of course we wore PPC). Over the two full days on site, we treated three independent roof spaces, and removed over 90 bags of waste! The end result was brilliant - the paving in the roof was now visible. The customer commented the work was well overdue, but it has just been left, but now felt confident that they could walk around the roof space, accompany engineers to service the AC, and carry out their weekly checks.
There is a rat in my kitchen celling! GU21 Woking - 8/11/2020
There is nothing worse than a straching noise above your head while your eating, A customer in Woking has had a noise for a few week, it has driven them insane, Using an inspection camera our technician could see both types of rodents using the celling as home. The kitchen ceiling has no access so it was a case of using the camera and a steady hand to place bait and try and end the noise. Rats under my feet! GU26 Guildford - 06/11/2020
A customer in Guildford was trying to watch the Great British Bake off and all they could hear was bang under the floor were they sat. The area is a raised platform with no access, time to break out the inspection camera and lay on the floor and search for what is making that noise, In the far corner there was rat using the area, maybe trying to over hear what was happening in the bake off! Using the camera bait has been placed the numbers are reduced and the noise has not come back, we have to see if they come back for the bake off! Our technician attended a large housing group property to report of lots of noise in the loft space above tenant homes, once there our expert found large amounts of rat activity in the loft space, after a number of treatments the problem has been solved and all access point have been repair by us to ensure the tenants are rat free.
