Sean Banks – Company Owner

I’m Sean, the owner of Pestforce Pest Control West London, which I’ve been running since 2015. Alongside pest control, I’ve spent 25 years working in the Fire and Rescue Service across the West London area. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, especially in times of real need, and that same mindset runs through everything we do as a business. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my beautiful wife and dad to three daughters. Family holidays are really important to us. I’m keen on fitness and wellbeing, and I also enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes when I get the chance.

Alison Bore – Senior Technician & Technical Advisor

I’m Alison, the senior pest control expert and technical advisor here at Pestforce West London. I joined the company in 2019, initially working as a technician before being promoted into my current role. I’m proud to be one of very few female pest controllers in the country. Before pest control, I worked as a school teacher, which helps massively when it comes to explaining things clearly and reassuring customers. I now handle most new enquiries and provide technical advice, making sure people feel confident from the very first call. I have two grown-up daughters and recently got married. Outside of work, I enjoy 1940s history re-enactments, a glass of wine at the weekend, and spending time with my family. I also help care for my elderly mum and share my home with my cat.

Tomasz – Lead Technician

I’m Tomasz, the lead technician. I joined the team last year and originally come from Poland. I trained in pest control with Rentokill, which gave me a strong grounding in professional and responsible pest management. I love my job and the challenges presented to me on a daily. No day is the same and every problem is unique.  The role is very active and keeps me fit. I live in Carlshalton with my wife. I have three daughters who are of course very special to me and I love spending time with. 

Gary Dunn – Pest Control Technician

I’m Gary, and I’ve been working in pest control for over 10 years. I joined Pestforce Pest Control West London more than six years ago and have built up a lot of experience across both domestic and commercial work. I live in Sutton and I’m a keen QPR supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and heading to the cinema when I get the chance.

Jay Miller – Pest Control Technician

I’m Jay, and I’ve been working in pest control for around 10 years. I’ve been with Pestforce Pest Control West London for three years and carry out a wide range of pest control work across homes and businesses. I grew up in London and know the area very well, which really helps when dealing with different property types and pest issues. I’ve got a young family with two daughters. Outside of work, I love music and in a past life I was a DJ, which I still really enjoy.

Bryan Wellington – Pest Control Technician

I’m Bryan, and I’ve been working in pest control for over 20 years, including time with some large pest control companies across London. I’ve recently joined Pestforce Pest Control West London and I’m delighted to be working for a smaller, local company that’s genuinely focused on customers. I live in Greenford and take a very methodical approach to my work, always looking to identify the root cause and get the right long-term solution. I’ve got a big family and regularly visit Jamaica to see relatives. In my free time, I travel everywhere by bike and enjoy being out and about.

Alan Bell – Pest Control Technician

I’m Alan, and I’ve had an interest in pest control since I was young. I took it up as a career three years ago and quickly found I was fascinated by the industry. I enjoy thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative solutions to more complex pest problems. I live in Croydon and have one daughter, who I love spending as much time with as possible.

Kelly – Accounts Manager

I’m Kelly, and I’ve worked with Pestforce Pest Control West London for nearly 10 years. I’m Sean’s sister-in-law and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business. I look after customer accounts, support the technicians throughout their working day, and act as PA to Sean. I know how the business works inside out and have fully embraced what we stand for — finding the right solution and always putting the customer first. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and I’m a big dog lover.

Recent Jobs in Westminster

Mouse droppings in Westminster appartment, W9, Janauary 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Westminster recieved a contact form yesterday in the early hours from a local homeowner in W9 who had found mouse droppings in their appartment. We provided some simple advice and booked the client in for a mouse survey visit of their property for our next available diary slot. We found obvious evidence of mouse activity with recent droppings found in the attic area. 
To eradicate the infestation we set up a specific 3 visit riddance programme making use of rodent poison baits and mouse traps. We have since completed our treatment and the infestation has been effectively eradicated.  The client was very happy for the speedy service.

Westminster Wasp Control, W9, September 2021

Pestforce Pest Control Westminster were called out to ressolve a client's issue with a large and aggressive wasp nest in the garden of their property in Westminster. We attended as soon as we could and treated the ivy bush where the very active wasp nest was situated. After treating the nest with our effective solution we informed the client to keep away from the treated area for 48 hours and then wash down the area with copious amount of water. We also advise to keep pets away from area for next 24 hours.

Rodent survey for flat in Westminster, W2, August 2021

Pestforce Pest Control Westminster were called out after reports of a occupant of a flat in Westminster believed he had seen sightings of mice in his bedroom. We attended at a convienient time and surveyed the full property. On inspection we found no evidence of mice on in the flat or anywhere on the perimeter of the building. With no signs of mice in the building at present nor any sign of activity or holes, we reassured the client that nothing needed to be done at the time and just ended up leaving the client with some additional pest advice. 

Pharaoh Ant Control in Westminster, W2, May 2021

Pestforce Pest Control Westminster had a rare encounter with pharaoh ants in Westminster this week. We had a call from a returning client who lives in the Westminster area mention he had an issue with ants in his home. During our pest inspection, our technician identified it was in fact pharaoh ants and they had been found in both the property's kitchen and bathroom. A suitable treatment was determined acorss the impacted rooms. This pest problem can escalate quickly so we remained a phone call away to ensure the customer was safe and happy. On our follow up visit we found increased activity which can happen so further ant treatment has been placed. We are due to revisit the property however the 2nd set of ant treatment seems to be very effective as per communications with the client. Fingers crossed this ant problem will be a thing of the past.
