I wanted to say a big Thank You to Luis Lamas for some excellent work Luis carried out for me on my property in Harpenden.
I've had a very upsetting experience with rats returning every year when the weather gets cold to my house. Over the years I've had endless visits from the local council who just simply put rat poison down each time but never resolved the underlying issue.
Luis was adamant he was going to get to the bottom of the problem and trace where the rats were entering and leaving. He made me feel that he really wanted to help get to the bottom of the problem once and for all, and so he has. I can't believe it. I'm now sleeping at night not hearing noises in the attic and under floorboards.
