Malcolm Dunn — Owner & Lead Technician
Born and raised in Northumberland, Malcolm has spent most of his life working across the local area and the Scottish Borders. With a background as a gamekeeper for over 20 years, including time in Belgium, he’s built up an unrivalled knowledge of wildlife and pest control.
For the past four years, Malcolm has proudly owned and operated Pestforce Northumberland. Specialising in rodent ingress solutions, particularly rats in drains, Malcolm is trained in advanced CCTV drain surveys and repairs — helping solve long-standing pest issues that many others can’t.
When he’s not out in the field protecting homes and businesses, you’ll find Malcolm enjoying his passions: shooting, cutting the lawn, holidays, and spending quality time with his family. A true local expert, Malcolm loves nothing more than problem-solving and helping people finally find peace of mind.
Chloe White — Contracts Manager
Chloe grew up locally with a strong farming background and has worked in pest control for the past three years — proudly fully qualified and focused on managing Pestforce Northumberland’s wide range of commercial contracts.
Based in Morpeth, Chloe has lived and worked in the area her whole life, offering customers a friendly, familiar face they can rely on. Having learned the trade under the guidance of her uncle, Malcolm, Chloe brings a perfect mix of professionalism and approachability.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys socialising with friends, jetting off on girl holidays, and living life to the fullest — though she’ll be the first to admit she’s not much of a morning person. Chloe loves the freedom and independence her role brings, and is especially proud to help protect businesses across Northumberland and the Borders.
Andy Schiebe — Pest Control Technician
Originally from the Scottish Borders and now based in Morpeth, Andy’s background in hospitality, retail, and customer service makes him a natural at putting customers at ease. Having lived and worked across the Scottish Borders his whole life, Andy knows the area like the back of his hand.
A family man at heart, Andy enjoys watching football and playing bowls when he’s not out on the job. His favourite part of pest control is the variety — no two days are ever the same. He still laughs about his very first call-out, being swarmed by bees, but it hasn’t put him off yet!
With a soft spot for Amble, Andy is proud to help homeowners and businesses across the region stay pest-free.
Stu Jeffcock — Borders Technician
Born in Consett and a long-time resident of the Scottish Borders, Stu has spent over 25 years living and working on farms, including time with the well-known McGregor Farms. With a background in farming and game and wildlife management, Stu brings a real depth of knowledge to agricultural pest control across the Borders.
When he’s not out tackling pests, Stu enjoys shooting, fishing, and spending time with his family — along with his six dogs: Labradors, a Lurcher, and a Cocker Spaniel. A passionate lover of the outdoors, one of his favourite spots is the River Tweed, where he can often be found watching the ospreys.
Stu’s deep local ties and decades of hands-on experience make him a trusted expert for farms and rural properties across the Borders.
Chardonnay Summerfield — Office Manager
Chardonnay is the friendly voice behind Pestforce Northumberland, managing enquiries, scheduling appointments, and keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. She helps ensure every job is organised efficiently and that customers receive clear communication from the first call through to completion.
Having lived in Northumberland for over 18 years, Chardonnay brings nearly 10 years of administrative experience, with a background in business administration and office management within the engineering sector. Her organisation and attention to detail help keep the business running efficiently and ensure customers receive a professional service.
Outside of work, Chardonnay enjoys spending time with her husky and is known for her distinctive colourful hair, which many customers quickly recognise.
