Meet The Team

Malcolm Dunn - Owner
Hi, I’m Malcolm, one of the partner owners of Pestforce Northumberland and Scottish Borders. I was born and raised in Northumberland, and most of my working life has taken me across our lovely county and the Borders. My background is in gamekeeping, including a spell in Belgium, so working outdoors and understanding wildlife have always been a big part of my life. I particularly enjoy getting to the bottom of rodent problems, especially when rats are finding their way into properties through drains. I’m trained in advanced CCTV drain surveys and repairs, which help us find the cause and work towards a lasting solution. There’s a lot of satisfaction in solving a problem that’s been troubling someone for a while. When I’m not working, I enjoy shooting, going on holiday and spending time with my family. You’ll also often find me cutting the lawn — I do like to keep it looking tidy!

Stuart Jeffcock — Owner
Hi, I’m Stuart, one of the partner owners of Pestforce Northumberland and Scottish Borders. I was born in Consett and have made the Scottish Borders my home. My background is in farming, game and wildlife management, including working with McGregor Farms, so I feel very much at home out in the countryside. I spend much of my working day helping farms and rural properties with pest problems. Having lived and worked on farms myself, I understand the challenges they can bring and enjoy finding practical ways to help. Outside of work, I enjoy shooting, fishing and spending time with my family. We also have six dogs, Labradors, a Lurcher and a Cocker Spaniel, so there’s always plenty going on! If I’m looking for somewhere to unwind, the River Tweed is hard to beat, especially when the ospreys are about.

Chloe White — Contracts Manager
Hi, I’m Chloe! I’m based in Morpeth and have lived and worked locally all my life. I grew up with a farming background and learned the pest control trade alongside my uncle, Malcolm. I’m fully qualified and look after our commercial contracts at Pestforce Northumberland and Scottish Borders. Getting to know the people behind the businesses is one of the best parts of my job. I like being someone our customers feel comfortable calling, whether they’ve spotted a problem or just need a bit of advice. Outside of work, I love catching up with friends and heading off on girls’ holidays. I enjoy the freedom and variety of my job, although I’ll be the first to admit that early mornings aren’t my favourite part!

Andy Schiebe — Pest Control Technician
Hi, I’m Andy. I’m originally from the Scottish Borders and now call Morpeth home. My working background is in hospitality, retail and customer service, so meeting people and helping them feel comfortable comes naturally to me. The thing I enjoy most about pest control is that every day brings something different. My very first call-out involved being swarmed by bees, which was quite an introduction! Thankfully, it didn’t put me off, and I still enjoy heading out to meet customers and tackle whatever the day brings. Away from work, I’m happiest spending time with my family, watching football or playing bowls. I’ve also got a soft spot for Amble — it’s one of my favourite places in the area. I’m proud to help our customers across Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

Chardonnay Summerfield - Office Manager
Hi, I’m Chardonnay, the Office Manager at Pestforce Northumberland and Scottish Borders. I’m the friendly voice on the phone, handling enquiries, booking appointments and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. From your first call through to completion, I help keep your job organised and make sure you know what’s happening. I’ve lived in Northumberland for over 18 years and bring nearly 10 years of administrative experience, including business administration and office management in the engineering sector. I’m organised and have a keen eye for detail, helping us provide a professional, friendly service. Outside work, I love spending time with my husky. You might also recognise me by my colourful hair!

Claire Bell - Admin

Ellis Hoey - Drain Specialist
Hi, I’m Ellis! I was born in Hartlepool in 2001 and grew up there before moving to the local area. Before pest control, I worked as a commercial lobster fisherman, so I’m no stranger to working outdoors in all sorts of weather. I wanted to be a pest controller when I was younger, and I’m pleased to be doing it as the drain specialist at Pestforce Northumberland and Scottish Borders. I enjoy figuring out what’s causing a problem and finding a solution that lasts. Honesty and loyalty matter to me, and I always do my best to help customers and get things sorted efficiently. At home, I live with my fiancée and our three dogs. On a day off, there’s a good chance I’ll be fishing, out with my metal detector or walking the dogs along the beach.

Declan Watts - Pest Control Technician
I’m Declan, part of the Pestforce team covering Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. I was born in Ashington and brought up in Blyth, so I’m proud to be helping customers in the area I’ve always called home. I bring three years’ pest control experience and take pride in solving problems, explaining things clearly and treating your home with care and respect. Outside work, I enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and coastal walks, plus spending time with my partner, her little girl and our dog. I’m a down-to-earth bloke who enjoys a laugh and believes in honesty, respect and doing the job properly.
