Mouse infestation effectively controlled in a house in Strood, Rochester, ME2 – 19th June 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway received an emergency call out after a homeowner had seen a mouse in her property in the heart of Strood. We were able to attend the same evening as the call-out. We reassured the resident and carried out a thorough inspection of the property. We found clear signs of mouse activity with droppings, present in the living room, dining room, kitvhen and cellar. Nesting material was found behind the kitchen kickboards. We put in place a 4 visit rodent riddance treatment with safely secured bait trays strategically placed in the house. We have since completed the programme and the mouse infestation has been cleared. This was an isolated infestation and any mouse entry points have been securely blocked. The customer was over the moon with the service.

Rats in Chatham, ME4 - 19th June 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were contacted by a Landlord to inspect his property after tenants had reported hearing noises coming from the kitchen ceiling. Arriving the same day Pestforce Medway identified rat droppings in the kitchen cupboard and behind the kickboards. The external inspection revealed a hole in the foundation at the back of the property. They had made their way inside the wall cavity into the ceiling and travelling through a hole in the wall located behind one of the kitchen cabinets where they were feeding on dry food storage products, primarily rice. A treatment program was put in place and the external hole permanently sealed. After 3 weeks Pestforce Medway had controlled and eradicated the infestation with rodenticide. They permanently sealed the hole so this house is now rat free and will continue to be. Both Landlord and tenant were over the moon with the quick response, excellent customer service and results that Pestforce Medway provided.

Squirrels in loft in Strood, ME2 - 15th June 2023.

Pestforce Pest Control Medway received a weekend callout by a concerned homeowner who was hearing scurrying noises coming from her loft. Upon arrival Pestforce Medway discovered access to the loft hatch was restricted as the weekend prior the homeowner had painted the walls and ceiling in the hallway. The hatch was sealed with dry paint. After carefully cutting and chipping away around the hatch Pestforce Medway were able to gain access to the loft. Immediately squirrel droppings were found and further inspection revealed holes in the brickwork adjoining to the neighbouring property aswell as gnawed electrical cables. Pestforce Medway got straight to work putting a treatment program in place. Successfully controlling and removing the squirrels from the loft the holes were then sealed. No more squirrels in the loft and with the holes sealed the homeowner can rest easy knowing they won't come back and her house is once again safe... providing she calls an electrician! Rat sighted in kitchen, Snodland , ME6 - 7th June 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway received a call after a huge rat was found running around in a kitchen. Pestforce Medway arrived the same day to discover it wasn't an isolated incident as the customer had initially thought, despite the back door to the garden being left open. Rat droppings were found in kitchen cupboards and behind the kickboards. More droppings were found in the loft too. Pestforce Medway went straight to work setting up a successful treatment program. After afew short weeks the rats had been eradicated and the holes in the eaves inside the loft adjoining to the neighbours property were sealed. Rats in communal bin store, Chatham ME4 - 27th May 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were contacted to investigate a stubborn rat infestation in a communal bin store of flats located next to Chatham train station. The owner had hired a previous pest control company who wasn't able to solve the problem. Pestforce Medway found the rats were gaining access to the building through holes in the roofline and underneath the doors. Nesting material was also found in the eaves of the building. A rat treatment program was put in place on the same day as the free inspection was carried out. Upon completion of the program, the holes were sealed and the owner no longer has rats on the property feeding out of waste wheelie bins.

Mice in Rochester, ME1 - 24th May 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were contacted to inspect a home located just off the High Street opposite Rochester Castle. The homeowners had seen multiple mouse sightings across their kitchen floor. Numerous ingress points were found and this old property had a heavy mouse infestation. Upon further investigation the root cause was found to be coming from underneath the home. Able to access the crawl space underneath the house from the old cellar Pestforce Medway got straight to work. Within afew short weeks the problem was resolved. The homeowners sealed the holes and are now mouse free!

Mice in Chatham, ME5 - 18th May 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were called out to investigate a mouse sighted in the kitchen. A thorough inspection of the home revealed droppings in kitchen cupboards, damaged and contaminated stored food products, droppings behind kickboards and in the loft. Holes were found in the brickwork around waste water pipes providing access to the home. Pestforce Medway then set up a treatment program to eradicate the problem. The home is now mouse free and the ingress points sealed to prevent any further pest activity.

Fleas in Chatham, ME4 - 11th May 2023

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were contacted to help a customer with fleas throughout the house. After only moving into the property for afew days the customer noticed tiny jumping black bugs around their legs. Pestforce Medway applied one treatment to control the fleas and then a second treatment to destroy them. This house is clear.

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were contacted to investigate rodent droppings reported by homeowner. Inspection found a heavy mouse infestation throughout the home. Wasps in a house in Cliffe near Rochester, ME3 - 10th October 2022

Pestforce Pest Control Medway were called out by a very frustrated homeowner who was informed by another pest controller the wasps he was seeing buzzing around his roof were not a concern or threat. Pestforce inspected his loft to reveal a nest the size of a car bonnet located directly above his 7 year old sons bedroom. Pestforce also found another highly aggressive ground nest in the garden. Both treated. Both destroyed. Family are safe and extremely happy both threats have been eradicated.

Pestforce Pest Control Medway received call from hysterical client late Friday night. Could not understand a word she was saying. Managed to calm her down.
