The pest problems I deal with... are wide and varied.

Rats are a year round problem, especially when their population dramatically increases. This is not surprising when you consider a female rat can produce 4 to 7 litters in the 12 months that she’ll live! They can also caught massive damage in a short period of time, shredding a variety of materials for nesting material as well as food.  Rats don’t have routines, and so we have to provide a variety of methods and equipment to keep their numbers under control.

Fleas in the house are also another infestation I deal with, usually to the home owner’s great embarrassment and discomfort. Some people assume that cleanliness of the home is a contributing factor to fleas but this is NOT the case. They are often brought into our home by pets as well as by other means (holiday suitcases or human guests), and find the perfect place to multiply in the warm environment of the home.
