How We Work

• Our Integrated Pest Management approach removes the pest whilst protecting your home, children, pets, non target species and the local wildlife. (A good example of how effective this is was the safe removal of a rats nest underneath a chicken coop and a shed which were in a garden busy with young children, pets and chickens).
• We will relocate bee swarms and colonies to local bee keepers rather than destroy them, wherever possible.
• We care for the environment and will only use the amount of pesticides required for the job, applying them professionally and responsibly, and then removing all baits and materials from your property at the end of the treatment when the pest is gone.
• Pesticides are a necessary tool, but whenever possible we will suggest the use of non toxic and non lethal measures - this can include the use of non toxic baits to monitor for pests, the use of natural insecticides, pest proofing a building in areas where pests are entering, and removing food sources that have inadvertently drawn any pests in. (Such an approach is essential where Soil Association accreditation has to be protected for an organic producer).
• In addition to providing our rapid clearance service to support local contractors such as Thatchers, Landscape Gardeners and Tree Surgeons, we also provide advice for construction and people renovating a property, bringing in practical expertise to identify cost effective options for ‘pest proofing’ a building’s infrastructure.
• We assist tenants with pets who are moving and need to assure their landlord that the property is clear of fleas, and have many times fitted in between cleaning and removals companies on busy moving out days. We can also provide a one off clearance or a dedicated service agreement to meet the needs of landlords and Letting Agents.
• We are Mole Catching Specialists and as members of the British Traditional Molecatchers’ Association, and are proud of our 100% track record for clearing mole problems from gardens, lawns, sports grounds, fields and roundabouts.
• We are Bird Proofing Specialists, so if your problem is with pigeons, seagulls or other birds, we can provide a range of bird control solutions, from the restoration or improvement of existing bird proofing measures that have been defeated by birds over time, or after being damaged by window cleaners, etc, to completely new installations in sympathy with your building.
